The list of datasets/catalogs

Awesome work on building the https://beta.source.coop! Is there a way to get the list of datasets/catalogs hosted on source.coop programmatically? Similar to https://stacindex.org/api/catalogs.

I am interested in adding functionality to open-source packages than can analyze and visualize datasets hosed on source.coop.

We're still in beta so our APIs are constantly changing and aren't publicly documented, once our APIs stabilize we'll publish our documentation.
