Translucent Start Menu Issue: The text of Start Menu disappears if something full white like a white webpage comes behind it

Please update to the newest version of the mod, 1.1.6 which darkens the background slightly, making it easier to read the white text in the start menu
If that still doesn't look the way you want, let me know and I'll be happy to guide you through adjusting the background Acrylic effect and/or text color :)

Yes its a little better in 1.1.6, but still not up to the mark which it should be. It would look better if white fonts have a black outline of border. Or acrylic is a bit more greyer or a little different text color.

A lot of people really like the super transparent look, I'm sure it looks great in dark mode, but of course everyone has their own preference.

You can't add an outline to the text, but you could make the background darker/less transparent, or change the text color, whichever you prefer.

I highly recommend checking out the styling guide if you haven't already, especially the finding targets with UWPspy section and the colors section
