Issues while Pulling Images using Rancher Desktop UI

I recently install Rancher Desktop as a alternative to Docker Desktop on my Windows mahine.

Issue 1) I'm trying to pull image using Rancher Desktop UI, but I'm facing issue below,

Issue 2) I'm not able to use "nerdctl" nor "docker" cmd from window CMD. Do we need to do something additional for it like adding Environment Variables?
