Not seeing correct buy orders on v0.1 API Orders Call #223

Opening this per a request from G2 - Creative so we can discuss here. I've been using the v0.1 API to try to pull orders and work on a thin marketplace front end for artists to use on their own contract. When I'm pulling orders via the API I'm not seeing a sell order that I can fill. Here's an example of the API call for a token that is listed for sale on Rarible:
