Using api and indexer for dapp development

I am making an nft marketplace dapp.
I'm trying to use a rare protocol's exchange, indexer and api.

I have a few questions.

1. Do I need to download an indexer from git and use it?
2. Is the API free and are there any query limits?
3. If I use the api, is there no need to use the indexer directly?
4. Is there any way I can set the transaction fee(service fee - rarible 5%)?

1. No, the indexer it's being run by us to gather and index all events that happen on a chain.
2. API is free to use with no query limits.
3. It's not necessary for you to run the indexer. You are technically using data that was indexed through the indexer run by us when querying the API.
4. Well, yes, you can set your own fee on your own marketplace.

I recommend you to use the SDK instead though. Have you taken a look at https://docs.rarible.org/union-sdk/ yet?

I would like to ask you an additional question.

You said you can set a fee, can you elaborate on that?
