NFTItembyOwner - Ownership delay

Dear Rarible team,
we're integrating your indexer/API and we're mainly using the NFTItemByOwner.

Our protocol is used for handle OTC trading deals and the creator of the deal will transfer his assets to our escrow smart contract (so he'll loose the ownership until he cancel the trade or the counterpart close the deal).

How much time it takes to handle this ownership change ?
We've done a few test on Rinkeby and there is an important delay. On the Main net would be faster ?

I think that there is a cache on the top of it, there is a way to avoid that and get the updated data ?

@bruck93 this should be instant. We had some issues back then in September (with eth nodes).
Now we switched to another provider and everything's looking much better in terms of indexing speed
