Describe the problem that the feature should address
It is possible to nuke your FLAG column when using QuartiCal's flagging capabilities which can be problematic if you haven't backed the up.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be very useful if QuartiCal could automatically back up the FLAG column before changing it. The functionality for restoring the column already exists using goquartical-restore
Describe alternatives you've considered
I am currently manually backing up my flags using goquartical-backup but I don't always remember to do that.
