As a owner,
I need to be able to create a playlist,
So that users can access it and add request videos for it.

Details and Assumptions

name, description and thumbnail are required.
only creator of the club can create a playlist for the club.

Acceptance Criteria

Given [some context]
When [certain action is taken]
Then [the outcome of action is observed]
