Option for server admin to toggle off certain formatting fixes

it's sometimes funny to have custom emojis or channels in element names, i understand if it's annoying in PyEoD's official server but would it be fine in others?

The problem is that it makes some elements literally impossible to access through text. When we add server settings this will probably be added but it would be a user pain.
