Hello i do not understand why not work global block in hiera
My example
network::global:
restart: false
ipv6networking: true
vlan: yes
nozeroconf: yes

In /etc/sysconfig/network not create its value/
I try delete /etc/sysconfig/network and puppet not create its file , all network interfaces files create complete

Why not work Global section ?
