Add ability to specify default paper size #1075

The system is used in both USA (Letter) and Europe/Asia (A4).

We should have the ability to specify the paper size, and this should be applied to all PDF printing.

Note: some printing currently is using "default" sizes...so we may need to also add some page_size statements in some places.
