What feature or enhancement are you suggesting?

功能说明
- 启用或禁用视频流的有损缓冲区压缩，仅IOS支持，视频录制API不支持有损缓冲压缩
原库属性
- enableBufferCompression
iOS接口
- AVCaptureVideoDataOutput.availableVideoPixelFormatTypes
- AVCaptureVideoDataOutput.findPixelFormat
接口对应的子系统
- 媒体服务@ohos.multimedia.media
