What feature or enhancement are you suggesting?

功能说明
- 每次相机设备更改(例如拔插外接摄像头)时都会调用该侦听器，鸿蒙侧Camera，没有监听设备变更的API
原库属性
- addCameraDevicesChangedListener
iOS接口
- AVCaptureDevice.DiscoverySession.init
接口对应的子系统
- 相机管理@ohos.multimedia.camera
