Create an "admin" repo to use this "admin-core" library

Create an admin repo that will use admin-core as a library. The "admin" repo will effectively become the new "Reaction Admin".

Hello @mikemurray,

I noticed that the admin repo was created. It currently only contains admin-plugin-products if I'm not mistaken?
Any other plugins I missed? Or plugins currently in development perhaps?

Also, any guide/tips on the steps needed to port a plugin from the old Reaction Admin (the Meteor one) to this new one?
