Describe the bug
Pressing Enter on the PaymentsCheckoutAction address form clears it

To Reproduce
Use Basic Incomplete State form here: https://designsystem.reactioncommerce.com/#!/PaymentsCheckoutAction

  1. Fill out all required address fields
  2. Press Enter

You can also reproduce this on the example storefront checkout page.

Expected behavior
Form data is submitted, not cleared

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: OSX
  • Browser: Chrome
  • Version 74.0.3729.169 (Official Build) (64-bit)
