Filtering in multi page IIIF manifests #224

In IIIF manifests that have more than one page, each page is considered a document. The filter settings in the right sidebar are misleading, as you can filter by “all in document”.

I think we should discuss how exactly we want the annotation sidebar to work for multi-page IIIF documents. Lorin also mentioned we may want to show all annotations in the document (= all pages). Personally, I like this idea less. But it would be more consistent with PDF, of course. (Where you can also see all annotations. But because IIIF doesn't have the same kind of page scrolling, things might be more confusing to the user? I'm not really decided myself...)

In terms of the filter setting: should we change to "all in this image" instead?
