Your r codes provided as supplemental material in Lee et al (2019) are very helpful.
I wonder if you could help me plotting multiple EOO's from a single species (one is a regional assessment and the other a global assessment) in the same map. I could calculate both separately using your code, however, when I try plotting both in the same map using your function "makeMap", I could not specify multiple polygons with ggmap.
I appreciate your help in advance.
