When accessing the token page (https://apiv3.iucnredlist.org/api/v3/token) it gives the “403 Forbidden” error.

Hello,
I just saw that the IUCN, for API v3, is not giving any new tokens, but I can't see how to get one for the API v4. Do you know how to get a token for API v4? Is the package working with the v4 API?
