As a EU public user, I must be

  • able to consent to any non-essential storage and processing of my personal data in accordance with EU GDPR regulation

Non-essential data includes data collected for usage analytics (e.g. Google Analytics). Essential data includes any data required for the site to function (i,e. by the hosting provider(s)).
