Analysis: retrieve list of ecosystem group layers for custom area

As a public user, I want to be able

• to retrieve a list of ecosystem group layers for a custom location, a custom area , or a predefined area (grouped by minor and major presence)

so I better understand the presence of ecosystem groups at a location or area of interest

The required interactions are

• select type of analysis (custom location, custom area, predefined area, current map extent)
• click on map to select custom location
• draw on map to create custom area (could be rectangle or polygon)
• select a predefined area from one or more types of predefined area (e.g. cultural or political regions)
• likely add any layer to the map (see Map: view ecosystem group layer #1) or get additional info (see Explore: view information on ecosystem group #2)
