Update windows e2e test workflow job with latest changes #371

The workflow is bit out of a date.

remove podman_version param as it is not used anymore
update the pde2e image version and parametrize it
add option to run also hyperv - choice param
move to redhat-develop/mapt instead of rhqp/qenvs
update the mapt version to the latest
switch to use of 0.7.1 updates - especially regarding searching for a flavor
update default podman remote url to point to setup.exe (supported since 0.0.2 pde2e* images version)
