Smarti uses an Solr Index with Wikipedia data for Keyword Extraction (Interesting Terms). This index needs to be updated for Solr 7 (see #248).

This includes:

update the Solr Core for Solr 7
define how to deploy the index on an external Solr
update the index to use a current Wikipedia Dump
