Connect Homekey with Nuki over MQTT

I'm new in MQTT and don't understand how to use it correctly.
I saw in the FAQ that @rednblkx added the custom state topics to use it with Nuki, but I don't know how to make it work now.
maybe @jjuuzzii got it work?

Can anybody explain it step by step, I would like to understand it.

My System is Home Assistant.
