Lack of idle audio: (it should be a continuous loop for crying), idle audio should be present to stop what is currently happening to players, randomly walking into him, wether that be him just behind a door, a corridor corner or whatever, and unfairly triggering his rage.
Rage audio doesn't take into account that killing extends the rage, it doesn't loop. Rage can still be in effect after the audio has ended leading to issues where players can run into a still very much angry, but completely silent shy guy.
Rage audio can't be heard by players if the rage starts too far away such as on a different floor, rage can't be heard at all if he takes an elevator or something (source ~Wo).
