Project overview: We're building a web-based platform product built using Rust (Axum + seaORM) and Next.js (React + Tailwind) that enables more experienced software engineers and tech leaders to coach and mentor less experienced engineers in the art and science of building great software. Yes, it's very meta for this community. :) We use the backend repo’s GitHub Discussions to keep track of project-specific discussions such as working out design & architecture decisions, as well as sprint topics. Join our real-time community discussion about the project: Join our project-focused Slack channel #refactor-platform for real time conversation. How to contribute: We use GitHub Issues for each repo to track specific project work. Feel free to claim an issue for yourself if you want to help out. If someone already has an issue assigned to them that interests you, feel free to join in by leaving a comment on that issue and touching base with the assigned developer to see where they’re currently at and how you can specifically partner with them. |

👋 Welcome!
We’re using Discussions as a place to connect with other members of Rust Never Sleeps in the context of the Refactor Coaching Platform project. We hope that you:
We'll use Discussions to announce and keep track of the current sprint focus. The ultimate source of truth for this will be either a project Milestone or a specific Issue.
You can also track the work going on from a Project level across both the backend and frontend repos.
To get started, comment below with an introduction of yourself and tell us about what you are most interested in in working with Rust!
