set up weekly workflow to run script to create evaluation data #9

  • should be scheduled to run each week
  • save output to s3 bucket in eval_data subfolder

this will run the script in #8 , using a workflow similar to this one: https://github.com/reichlab/get-covid-clade-counts/blob/main/.github/workflows/get-covid-clade-counts.yaml
