In version 2 you had the ability to publicly display stats like speeds usage and such. Is this available in 3?

Also are you able to add a max number of users that can be downloading from the server (not browsing etc. Just downloading)

nope. At the moment the administrator sees stats in the Admin panel.
If it's good to have, we can consider showing some numbers also in the file browser, but only for the administrator.
Do people other than the administrator need to see those numbers?

nope. Do you mean users as accounts, or you mean IP address, to consider anonymous users?

You have a limit of one ip per download option. I want to share one account with 20 people but i want to ensure that not more then 5 are downloading from that account at a time. Not per ip but per login.

if you set a limit of 5 downloads on an account, one person may start 5 downloads, and others will be left with nothing.
How about that?

Correct. So lets say someone has 5 downloads on that account running, then other users will see an error that server is busy and to try again later.

Just to ensure were on same page, once those downloads are done or a free spot opens up, then someone else can download

Im going to be upgrading to this shortly but just for my understand the max downloads for number of simultaneous downloads is for max downloads from different people and not just the same ip and i assume theyll see some kind of error?

Is this error can be edited to read something and can this limit be overwritten by memebers with ignore limits enabled?

i'm offering 3 types of limits. The one you asked is the "per-account". The error at the moment cannot be customized, but I will work on it.

in this version you can also customize the error page Admin > Custom HTML

consider that , starting from your current version, you can easily install these links I give you by going to Admin > Home, right-click on "check for updates", and you will be asked for a link to the zip file to install.

you should be able to work around the problem (until i fix it) by blocking some country like Antartica, that you don't care about

Is it possible to add some bandwidth information like v2 had (like usage in kb/sec) and how many users are on that site at that moment?

bandwidth information is visible under Admin-panel > Monitoring.
How many users you mean different accounts, or what?
