Regarding the function to allow IP address changes

Hello, after updating to the latest version recently, the login page now includes a switch to allow IP change.
I would like to understand the purpose of this function, and whether this switch can be disabled.
Furthermore, if this function is enabled, will it affect the originally set IP restriction rules, allowing users to bypass the restrictions by modifying their IP after successfully connecting?

just like my house%workshop both same place just the stair diffrent , then have 4routher about diffrent place , when you go diffrent room ,the wifi name and the ip woll change , the the fution may work in some how ~~~~i think , to aviod do some thing not good for the files just like delete or some ~~~

if the user, at login time, enables that option, then it will be able to connect the same computer/phone to a different network or getting a different IP.
By default HFS prevents this.
This function is necessary for some users, who have an IP that can change at any time.

What "ip restrictions" are you talking about, exactly?

If you want to hide that option you can easily do it with css
#login-options { display: none }
