Subject: [PATCH] New syntax for export block in Org 9

[It looks like](http://orgmode.org/Changes_old.html#org1919c09) `#+BEGIN_HTML` should be `#+BEGIN_EXPORT html` now.

Without this, `<script>` gets changed to `&lt;script&gt;` and so forth, so the javascript does not work.
