@types/long is deprecated

Hello,

Many thanks for doing the hard work of porting this package to AWS SDK v3, it's very nice to have it.
Using it today gives a warning from npm because @types/long has been deprecated with a message saying it's no longer needed.
I'm not too sure how this could be solved but it would be nice if you could look at it.
