We need to make sure that the frontend tests still work and possibly convert them from Transcrypt to JS.

Will need to also update the documentation:

Remove any references to python/transcrypt from docs/frontend/frontend-design.md
Add Instructions for running tests to docs/frontend/setup.md
Generate .rst versions of the .md files above using pandoc. see /docs/building_releases.md for example.
Remove npm scripts from package.json related to transcrypt tests.
