Gitlab: invalid text and links for branch/tag names with slashes.

If a branch or a tag name contain a forward slash "/", only last part of such name is taken into account in a telegram message. For example:
"feature" instead of "dev/feature" or
"v20" instead of "release/v20".
As a result - links to Gitlab places related to those branches also have absent part in theirs URL.
