I have created a heat template that launches an etherpad server for the Train the Trainer course.
That should be moved across and an ether pad created for this course.

Perhaps the Slide Extractor could spit it out the etherpad? The downside is that if we update the etherpad with comments from the actual course the Slide Extractor will overwrite them :(
