Tie the application password in lesson one to cyberduck in the object storage lesson

Although we stress "be wary of the password" we actually then get learners to use it in the object storage lesson: we should make the link more explicit, and highlight that the password is for applications: and that anyone who has it has access to your entire cloud infrastructure :(
