There are several documentation files that are not relevant to using this template.

README.md should contain information on how to use the template
hackathon-readme.md should be removed entirely
setup-mac.md should be moved to the main WoN repository or integrated into the general README
README.md or the bot framework readme should contain more information on how and where to change bot properties
