These are taking >10 seconds on large tables

select distinct `name` from `tabe-Invoice Log` where `tabe-Invoice Log`.`reference_name` = '*********' and `tabe-Invoice Log`.`reference_doctype` = 'Sales Invoice' limit 100 offset 0

I'd suggest indexing the reference_name field here.
