I have some input-selects that work for a mobile and allow me to select the output device then the playlist using a "radio" link. Whenever I click play on the media player tile, it says "no playback device selected". I have added both input selections for the radio and speakers, yet they don't actually start playing.
Would be curious if there is a way to do it all from one tile, or what the best way to implement what I'm after is.

I have something similar for my "radio". It's an input select + two scripts to start and stop the radio. All of this looks nice in TileBoard too. If you want a "media_player" experience, maybe the universal media player is your friend: https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/universal/
