Hi,

My ReSpeaker Mic Array v2.0 won't connect to my Rasberry Pi or Mac. I've tried mulitple usb cables but no success. The unit powers on but that's it. Can you help troubleshoot?

Are the LEDs of the Mic Array turned on? On the raspberry pi, try to use lsusb and dmesg to view the log
