Option to generate profiles

Adding an option to collect to generate a profile based on the current status of the collection (input cli parameters and installed probes including --probe-stack but excluding core ones not explicitly requested, e.g. tracking probes).

For this to work a prerequisite is probably to change how we keep track of probes in the probe manager and move from a set of names to a set of probes (which then include their configuration, so we can filter core probes).
