ENH: Syntax highlighting with ANSI escape sequences

Users could parse retis output more easily with ANSI color escape sequences around fields

• --no-color or --color=always/--color=never according to IIRC $TERM
• TERM=dumb implies no colors
• Latest /sbin/ip colors fields and it's helpful for manually parsing

Would syntax highlighting be a useful general feature, or should that be a post-processing script in e.g. Python?

Thanks for raising this. Supporting this as part of the core or allowing to format the output using a provided Python function would be two options to get there.
