Allow custom cite keys using collection name

Would it be possible to add the ability to set custom cite keys using the collection name? I know it is possible to set a custom cite key using the library name if that library is shared, but it would be great to extend this feature to collections as well.

This runs into conceptual problems. A single item can be member of more than one group.
