"Keep updated" not working for exports

What happened?

Exports that were made with the "keep updated" flag set do not automatically update anymore. If I create a new export file with this flag set, the initial export works ok but it does not update after that.

Attempting to force an export for a "keep updated" file from the Zotero/Better BibTeX preferences pane has no effect.

I have now found this problem on a second computer running macOS 15.1. The debug log ID for the second computer is MKW8ZXE9-euc/6.7.251-7

My mistake: keep updated seems to be working ok, but the "Updated" field in the Better BibTeX preferences is not reflecting the new update. This combined with some other problem (maybe just a slow update) meant that I thought the whole update process was failing.

Anyway: the "Updated" field does not appear to reflect the actual last updated time. The log is QEW5C6ME-euc/6.7.251.7306-7
