Some options not available in the BetterBibtex Preferences

What happened?

In trying to disable an auto-exporting bib file, I navigated to the BetterBibtex preferences and under the Automatic Export heading there is no way to disable my existing exports. Based on the BetterBixtex docs there should be some way to disable the preferences from this menu.

This visually appears to be the same issue mentioned in Issue #3031, however I am running version 6.7.263 (which includes the fix?) so there must be a different underlying issue.
