Debug log ID

HPLLJ4JT-euc/7.0.2-7

What happened?

Sometimes when starting Zotero, it gives the message that Better Bibtex could not start. It does not always happen, but about every other start. When it happens, Zotero otherwise works, but the Citation key of every item remains empty.

🤖 this is your friendly neighborhood build bot announcing test build 7.0.2.7528 ("force logging")

This update may name other issues, but the build just dropped here is for you; it just means problems already fixed in other issues have been folded into the work we are doing here. Install in Zotero by downloading test build 7.0.2.7528, opening the Zotero "Tools" menu, selecting "Add-ons", open the gear menu in the top right, and select "Install Add-on From File...".

Can you reproduce with 7528 and send a new log?

Zotero with 7528 opened quite a few times without error, but today the error showed again; the error message is: "Better BibTeX startup failed. blocked. undefined" (see atttachment)
better_bibtex-error
. The debug log id is: V9KINE5U-euc/7.0.5; it happened on Windows-11 with Zotero-7.0.11

I see no BBT-related errors in the log. Is the problem still occuring?

As yet Zotero and BBT start without problems. If the BBT problem reappears , I will report again.

There was a transaction-breaking issue I solved elsewhere and rolled into this, so that must have been the same problem. Thanks! If it does happen again, commenting here will re-open the issue automatically.
