exposing $$watchCount in scope tree

Hi,

Are there any plans to expose $$watchersCount in the scope tree ?
It is really helpful when hunting for components with too many watchers.
I hacked it locally into ng-inspector and it helped me a lot in performance investigations, if no one else is is working on this will be glad to clean it up and create a pull request for it.
