For what device it is and how to change it to my device?

This KK_kernal is made for what device and how can i make it compaitable for my Xolo A600 device?
Please tell the procedure.

Actually I am not a expert in kernals. I have got a device that's having almost same specs in everything. That device have received KitKat update recently.
I would like to port it to my device. I need KitKat boot.img for that. So please tell me how do i modify it to make it compatible for my device. After that i could i could compile it to use kitkat on my device.
