Support for download, issues with Python

Hi, I have been trying to install tmap, using Python 3.11.7. I then created conda environments with Python 3.9 & 3.6 due to receiving the error message below, but have also received this error when trying to install tmap using these older Python versions.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
