[request] ofParameter access & general updating

since openframeworks is now getting bigger, and actually slightly easier what with ofParameter, i think ofxUI needs to incorporate it. its a great and easier way to interact and make UI controls without the leg work the old way.
makes sense especially for something like ofxUI, which is the best UI i have seen for oF

also as well. there are a lot of deprecated things now. such as ofRect is ofDrawRectangle, also ofLine is now ofDrawLine. etc etc etc

these are not in the public download, but only the latest github repo. but good if these are looked at before i guess 0.9 hits the general public
