Enemy buffs not shown

Months ago I could see enemy buffs and I think it was this addon that showed them. This doesn't seem to work anymore.

Are you sure you have it enabled? First time i'm hearing about it

I'm looking more into it, seems like some buffs are shown and others aren't. I'm wondering if this particular one is not shown because by the time it's thrown into the combat log (immediately after log in) this addon is not yet ready. (Not sure if such a problem is possible in wow addons, I've never checked)

Are you using the latest version? Because it seems like no

I've been swapping versions a lot so I'm not 100% sure that last screenshot was from the latest version, so I have removed it. But I stand by what I said in the first screenshot

The last buff had no tooltip at all, i.e. when honorless target faded out, tooltips were correct but icons were not.

This is 1.13.61 (latest)
