Giphy stops working randomly on Hipchat - have to delete and reinstall

We have Giphy installed in our one and only Hipchat room. There's nothing special about the settings of the room, they're all default.

Every now and then giphy just stops working and the only way to fix it seems to be to uninstall and re-install it.

Are there logs or anything somewhere that I can provide to help figure out what might be wrong?

Hmm not sure what's up here. Honestly, I haven't really touched this in a while – I no longer work for a company that uses Hipchat, so I don't have much stake in the game.

There is a log of sorts: lucille.log, though it probably won't tell you much.

It might be crashing somewhere – you might want to save the output using something like:
python lucille.py > raw_output.log
to see what's happening with the script.
